Thomas Docherty
Tom established the firm in 2010 and has over 25 years of experience working as a Solicitor in Central Scotland. He is an honours graduate from the University of Glasgow and is married with two children. Tom deals with Wills and Powers of Attorney, administration of executries, house purchase and sale, commercial property and leasing, Powers of Attorney and Guardianship and business start-up. Outside of the business, Tom is also a member of the Forth Association of Businesses and is Council Member and Auditor of the Falkirk Faculty of Solicitors. He is also past Chairman of Denny Citizens Advice Bureau and was previously a Director of the Lennoxtown Initiative and a member of Business Network International.
